I seem to have reached a wall or sorts that prevents me from log-in, register, lost-password etc. I get emails on URL which are accompanied with a note that the URL link is in fact incorrect (which raises the question of why bother?). I tried to update my original registration a year ago or so when my credit card expired to note changes, but was blocked then. Please advise. Thanks for your help

What’s the username or email address of the account you’re trying to gain access to? You can email me directly at shane(at)singularlabs.com if you don’t want to share this info on a public forum.
It’s possible that your account may have been pruned if you didn’t log in for 12 months and have no forums posts or active subscriptions.
