    When the INI configuration file of CCleaner is updated by means of CCEnhancer, it is stepped on and causes all the settings that one puts at hand. I should somehow update it and not replace it.

    You can use Options -> Include to add new entries to winapp2.ini that won’t be overridden when CCEnhancer updates the file.
