    Only recently have i had a problem like this. Im assuming that the server is offline or that the proxy settings are to blame (Using Library computer, i cant change the settings.), but i cannot download the Winapp2.ini file. i COULD go to the direct site and download, but im a bit lazy. just wondering if its just the server or the application. thanks. 🙂

    Okay. i found the problem. the Library blocked The Web Atoms Site. sorry for the confusion. 🙂

    No problem. The “IE Native Downloader” should also be able to get around it.
