Thank you. That worked perfectly, although I tried with system ninja 3.1.3 release.

For anyone else struggling with this, in summary:

  1. right-click on the plugin .zip file
  2. choose “Properties” from menu
  3. click on “unblock” button
  4. click OK
  5. unzip plugin
  6. extract contents of plugin folder i.e. .dll and .png only (not parent folder)
  7. place files in “plugins” folder, which is in the “system ninja” program folder
