Thank you. That worked perfectly, although I tried with system ninja 3.1.3 release.
For anyone else struggling with this, in summary:
- right-click on the plugin .zip file
- choose “Properties” from menu
- click on “unblock” button
- click OK
- unzip plugin
- extract contents of plugin folder i.e. .dll and .png only (not parent folder)
- place files in “plugins” folder, which is in the “system ninja” program folder
