Try uninstalling all version of JRE.
Run JavaRa 1.16 and then reboot.
Run JavaRa 2.0 (which has some advanced fixing features) and follow the “Remove JRE” wizard – but skip the first step.
This has resolved JRE issues on the vast majority of PC’s I’ve encountered with this issue. It seems like Oracle changed something which is causing it to break.
