That sounds a lot like a .NET corruption issue.

http://singularlabs.com/kb/how-to-repair-the-microsoft-net-framework/Basically; run Microsoft’s .NET repair tool. If that doesn’t fix it up; a full uninstall and re-install will.
I have tried that twice and well it still seems to be failing what do you mean by ‘a full uninstall and re-install will.’?

After a successful uninstall of them i reinstalled both 3,4 .net and still programs crash…after a week trying to solve the prblem and still no progress and when i try install .net 2 it says i already have it installed so i guess the tool only removed 3,4…oh well i give up..
