That sounds a lot like a .NET corruption issue.
Follow the instructions in this article
Basically; run Microsoft’s .NET repair tool. If that doesn’t fix it up; a full uninstall and re-install will.June 28, 2012 at 5:24 pm #5739AnonymousInactive
I have tried that twice and well it still seems to be failing what do you mean by ‘a full uninstall and re-install will.’?
Do you mean re-installing Windows?
Many thanks!June 28, 2012 at 5:28 pm #5740Shane GowlandKeymaster
No, just a reinstall of .NET using the removal tool highlighted in the link above.June 29, 2012 at 2:31 pm #5762AnonymousInactive
After a successful uninstall of them i reinstalled both 3,4 .net and still programs crash…after a week trying to solve the prblem and still no progress and when i try install .net 2 it says i already have it installed so i guess the tool only removed 3,4…oh well i give up..
