KeymasterWhat happens if you click the “Open Containing Folder” context menu item? Does this folder actually exist?

ModeratorThere was a shortcut to the folder ApplicationData. The result was a loop. The system is fresh, apparently a shortcut was created by the system itself.

KeymasterWow, you’ve really beaten me this time. I have no idea how to fix that.
Does this occur on previous versions of System Ninja, or just the current one?

Inactiveif i’m not mistaken, @phobos need to repair his windows hardlinks

need to report regarding SN3.0.4
no intention to compare to CCleaner but it is the other software that use winapp2.ini that i use
it seem ccleaner detect more than SN can detect in regard of using winapp2.ini
for example, Store*
ccleaner detect 27 files, SN 2 filesexclusion path and double entries exclusion bug still exist
not a critical bug but just want to let you know

KeymasterHi @dvdbane, we’re aware that System Ninja’s winapp2.ini parsing abilities aren’t up to par.
We’ve been working on a new parser over the last year. Unfortunately it keeps getting pushed back as it’s not a priority. Once complete, it will give System Ninja far greater cleaning ability; plus improve CCEnhancer and WinappDebug the ability to identify errors and trim unneeded entries.

Inactiveglad to hear that
i do hope SN can fully use winapp2.ini and become replacement for Ccleaner as it’s now become “bloated” with unneeded function/feature
i hope SN don’t go that direction
