Fun fact; if you don’t like a System Ninja feature you can just delete the corresponding .dll file in the /modules/ directory.

It was a Symbolic Link. I deleted it and thus solved all problems. ))

In PRO Version. When i try Analyze System by selecting Startup i get this error:
System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: ‘System.Collections.Generic.List`1<System.String> StartupManager.StartupManager.DeleteJunkStartups(Boolean)’.
If you choose “Scan Folder” + “Empty Folders” and then change to “Scan Hard Drive” but not uncheck “Empty Folders”, the program will continue to look for empty folders.

That looks like a permissions error, caused by security settings of your network.
If you choose “Scan Folder” + “Empty Folders” and then change to “Scan Hard Drive” but not uncheck “Empty Folders”, the program will continue to look for empty folders.
