Bulgarian language update

Some tooltips are translated, but not visible in CCEnhancer yet. Like:

Removes the custom cleaning rules provided by CCEnhancer (Functions > Delete Custom Rules)

Remove cleaning rules that don’t apply to your system (Advanced > Trim winapp2.ini)

Add Item / Remove Item (Settings > Portable Locations; right click menu)
