    System Ninja is using a very new concept for cleaners – a heuristic algorithm.
    It’s interesting but also a little bit scary.
    Whould it possible for Ninja to provide more info via the Internet / Cloud about some “junk” files it wants to remove? Let’s say, some files from System32 folder.

    If you are afraid, then use the Ignore Folders.

    Yes, since we have no prior knowledge of which files will be targeted on your system (except for the winapp2.ini stuff), it’s very hard to provide any sort of comprehensive documentation.
