Ninja always finds one file, WebCacheV01.dat in my
AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache folder.
I cannot delete that dat file.
I can run Ninja as “Administrator” but I can’t delete that file.
The file is about 33 MB.WebCacheKiller.exe can delete this file easily.
