When I open CCleaner the “run cleaner” button stays grayed out for about 10 seconds. When I unload the winapp2.ini the “run cleaner” button becomes operable almost immediately.
Any suggestions?
winapp2.ini contains more entries than CCleaner itself does; which means there is going to be a performance hit of >100% when first loading CCleaner.
One possible solution is to use alan_b’s Trim.bat file to remove unneeded entries from winapp2.ini.
We’re working on adding a custom winapp2.ini trimming function into CCEnhancer; but it’s proving to be a very challenging and time consuming task. No current ETA.
