Winapp2 will be licensed in the near future

Hello.

I am writing to let you know that Winapp2 will be licensed, most likely under the CC BY SA license: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/

Nothing should really change other then if you modify Winapp2 for your own use, you must license it under the same license and grant the same permissions. It is not 100% guarantee it will be that license, but most likely will be.

P.S: If any of the developers wish for me to rather contact them via email for any future changes to Winapp2, please let me know.
