I am using windows 7 64-bit and have not too speedy internet and when i click to download then it stucks and does not downloading (ver 2.4) .

Well, i have read all troubleshooting page problem i did what it say but the problem still exist when i click to the download nothing happens, i have disable the firewall and the antivirus and run it as administrator and nothing happens! what is going on?, please help!
You say your internet connection is quite slow? Have you tried leaving it for at least 30 seconds before closing?
Also, disabling the anti-virus is not the same as adding CCEnhancer to the exception lists. Most security programs still have services running when you close their GUI.
