    Trying to run it on Windows XP SP3.  Hit scan for junk and I get a System popup box stating:  SN has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

     

    I can run it on my XP desktop with no problems but get the message when I am trying to run it on my XP laptop.  Have tried the older version and just downloaded the nedwest version and still the same error.  Any ideas?”

    Windows XP officially not supported.
    Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 installed?

    As Phobos states, Windows XP isn’t officially supported.

    Having said that, it should work properly if you’ve followed the instructions on this page.
