Both these issues have been resolved. The fixed build of JavaRa has just been released on singularlabs; on the JavaRa download page.
You might also be interested in the new “string output” feature. Just rename the ‘output_strings.false’ file to “.true” and it will spit out all non-translated strings that are encountered while running the program.
