    duplicate entry(included programs) occur when click “Ignore Programs” again after close it
    it will replicate every time you click “Ignore programs”

    So the programs are re-appearing on the list after they have already been ignored?

    no…
    the remaining program that we did not exclude will replicate

    Click Ignore Programs > choose > Ignore Checked > Ignore Program = replicate entry
