This was requested by @m0hmad in this thread.
Basically, this tool can iterate through a directory and convert all contained files into a different character encoding, then dump them into another directory.
You can specify as many file extensions to convert as you would like. Just separate them with a comma and a space.
This tool was written in under an hour. Bugs are almost guaranteed, so use cautiously and with forgiveness.
Microsoft .NET 3.5 (or something like that) is required.
