I downloaded v3.0.4 from the website, ran it and immediately got a Trojan alert from comodo securities. I tried to set comodo to allow it, it did install but didn’t complete. Now I appear to have v3.0.4, but the update popup still comes up. Strange behaviour, what can I do to fix this? November 30, 2014 at 1:14 pm #10504 Shane GowlandKeymaster It sounds like the file that does the update checking (CleanSync.exe) wasn’t updated correctly. Either re-install over the top or download the portable version of System Ninja and manually replace that file.
