KeymasterThanks for the video. We’ll look into this further.
Could you (either of you) share a list of browsers you have installed.

KeymasterPlease create new threads for each issue, this is getting very confusing.

KeymasterHaven’t been able to reporduce this, but it’s being looked into further.
Are you able to work around the issue by placing CCEnhancer directly inside CCleaner’s folder?
Shane Gowland
KeymasterThought I should report that, as at 2018-04-08 1038hrs (NZT), all the download files of CCenhancer v4.5.2 from different sites (e.g., singularlabs, MajorGeek)would seem to be corrupt/invalid (.exe and .zip).
No issue with any of these files could be confirmed. Are you sure you’ve got the .NET Framework installed?
Shane Gowland
KeymasterYes, all of our products have Russian translations.

KeymasterI wasn’t able to reproduce your issue with copying images. Are you able to provide any additional information?
Shane Gowland
KeymasterIt sounds like CCEnhancer doesn’t have admin permission and isn’t allowed to copy the file to the CCleaner folder or your defined portable paths.

KeymasterI’m having trouble figuring out the cause of this issue. In the past we’ve seen random crashes and freezes caused by broken installs of the Microsoft .NET Framework. Could you try Microsoft’s repair tool?

KeymasterWhat version of Windows are we talking about?

KeymasterHi,
Do you know what point in the scan (percentage done) that the crash occurs? Is it the same point every time, or does it differ?
Regards,
Shane
