If you go to Settings -> Custom Entries, you can add winapp2.ini-formatted rules to remove registry keys.

What web browser are you using, and have you tried downloading it in a different browser?

You can use Options -> Include to add new entries to winapp2.ini that won’t be overridden when CCEnhancer updates the file.

Have you tried added exclusions for CCEnhancer in any anti-virus/fireware software you have installed? It sounds as though something is interfering with it.
