CCEnhancer 4.0

CCEnhancer 4.0 is now available! With dozens of bug fixes, the newest version is sure to make turbocharging Piriform’s CCleaner a much less stressful task.

  • Added “alternative download URL” option for users who cannot access the primary download server, which is blocked by tyrannical governments. (Hey, Russia!)
  • Unwanted winapp2.ini file is now removed from CCEnhancer’s directory after updating
  • Better connection checking and update mirror failover mechanism
  • Minor bug fixes and code improvements

    2. There is a problem when CCleaner.exe is missing but CCleaner64.exe exist. CCEnhancer remove winapp2.ini and can not start with CCleaner64.exe, it’s look for CCleaner.exe. Is it possible to add CCleaner64.exe ?
