I understand what a stealth portable application is.
But starting minimized (to avoid visual detection) while also not connecting to the internet (to avoid firewall detection), while it sits silently in the background recording the user’s data, seems mightily suspicious.
Sadly neither of those errors relate to the scanning engine. Did the hang occur while running in debug mode?
Could you please go to Options -> Run in “Debug Mode”
Next time you run System Ninja a log file should be created in the same directory as ‘System Ninja.exe’
Are you able to share what’s on the screen?

Just click on Register and you will be taken to PayPal to pay. Once you’ve completed the PayPal payment the subscription will be applied to your ‘ianeon’ account.

I think our parser accounts for it, but I’d have to check tomorrow to be sure.
Trim the file down anyway. Even if we don’t currently detect this, it would be very trivial to add and we already have a release scheduled for next week. Disruption would be minimal.

Looking into this one.
Could you try adding the CCleaner.exe path manually with the “Add Portable Location” option in the bottom-left corner.
