    I can’t reproduce this one. Furthermore, there are at least 5,000 people who have downloaded content from content.thewebatom.net with version 2.6.

    Are there any error logs produced?

    Looking at the User Review section of the website; all of the quotes from “reviews” are actually from user-submitted comments, not the actual review. Closer inspection reveals most of these comments come from just a handful of different users.

    Then there’s a review section at the bottom of the page, where there are ~30 five star reviews, absolutely no reviews lower than that and no option to submit a new review.

    Then there’s you, showing up here with a Chinese IP; with no prior posts, asking users to look into a program that you somehow ‘found.’

    I smell an elaborate scam.

    Yeah sure, I can do that in the next update.

    For reference, the URL to avoid the IP block is http://direct.content.thewebatom.net/files/winapp2.ini

    You can use the ‘direct.‘ subdomain for our other products too, including JavaRa and System Ninja.

    If you go to Advanced -> Use Alternate Downloader in the CCEnhancer menu it should now be able to circumvent the Russian filter.

    Yup, that IP address belongs to CloudFlare; our DNS provider. The Russian government has blocked roughly 60,000 websites to zap one domain. Sigh…

    @Phobos, can you confirm this?

    Unfortunately we cannot link directly to winapp2.com, as it would cause excessive load on their server.

    It’s likely that an IP address belonging to our DNS provider has been blocked, in which case it will be possible to resolve this without issuing a program update.

    I believe this is related to this issue.

    Side note: The easiest way to resolve this issue was to backport the new Include/Exclude component. You’ll notice the UI looks a little different now.
