You could do a ‘manual’ upgrade by downloading the portable edition and extracting it over the top of your previous installation.

We’re working on adding one for the next major release. Most of the gruntwork is already done, so it shouldn’t take too long to implement.

Currently planned is /CLEAN, /REGISTRY and /STARTUP; which will automatically run the junk cleaner, registry cleaner and startup management tools. These will use the “one-click” implementation of those features currently being tested in SimpleNinja.

CleanSync.exe already supports these arguments: /SYNC, /UPDATE and /LANG; which update the cleaning rules, check for program updates and update the localization files, respectively.

Any other arguments you want to see added?

    IMHO, no : it’s a web server.

I know what Apache is. There are at least five devices running it within arms length of where I’m currently sitting.

When System Ninja flags a file within that folder as junk, it doesn’t mean it considers the entire folder to be junk: only that file. In the case of .DS_Store files, unless you’re running on Mac OS X they are junk. They’re the Mac equivalent of desktop.ini files, which can also be removed with zero adverse effects.

Are there any actual Apache files being targeted?

Windows services : add sortable columns

    I’ll get that looked at.

Once I’ve installed FileAlyzr, I am not able to use it.

This is on my to-do list.

So all that was found in that folder is a .DS_Store file? That’s junk.

One of them is in my Apache Web Server (easyPHP Dev. Server) and IS NOT a junk file.

Could you post the full path to this one?
