    Hi Nicolas,

Skype message cleaning might have been dropped from the cleaning rules. You can always add it again using the Scan Inclusions menu.

CCEnhancer doesn’t add any additional rules to System Ninja, but System Ninja & CCleaner + CCEnhancer will give you a pretty thorough cleaning.

C:\ is typically the system drive and would be protected more than others.

What A/V are you using? We can spin up a VM and test whether there’s a conflict happening.

All should continue to work on Windows XP, albeit with some minor feature degradation.

We haven’t officially tested against XP since around 2013.

These don’t cause any issues. They’re leftovers from when Windows first implemented the Wow6432Node redirects.

    Hi Steve,

The junk scanner from the free version can be found by flipping the Simple/Classic switch in the top right-hand corner.

    Regards,

If you’re running duplicate finder across an entire filesystem, it will take a long time. This generally should not be done, as you can do a lot of damage if you don’t know what you’re doing. A healthy Windows install will have many duplicate files.

Sometimes files cannot be cleaned because they are being accessed by another process. If you notice the same files recurring quite frequently, it may be best to exclude them from future scans.

If you’ve identified the offending entry, the best place to report it is directly to the Winapp2.ini Project.

Your Windows UI looks a little unusual. Are you running any custom themes or accessibility software that could be affecting how UI elements are displayed?

Hi, yes, that’s right. A Pro Club membership is required to see the special offer. The current offer is a free month of web hosting, in case you were wondering.

There is only one public subscription level (there’s also hidden levels for our translators and beta testers) and it’s valid for businesses of any size, as per the terms of service page.
